methadone treatment Jeffersonville

The Belmont Transitions Team

Over the past several years we have seen an increase in Medical Doctors who are prescribing Suboxone for their Opioid addicted patients. Generally there are no counseling services provided. Patients leave with a prescription and little else.

We provide individual counseling and groups as well as testing. We understand that addiction is a family disease and offer family counseling as well.
